These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The $95 Website ("Service"), operated by the site owner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides a locked-layout website and basic accounting tools for service-based businesses. You provide the business content (business info, photos, services, service areas, invoice data) and we render your site at a subdomain we assign, or at a custom domain you connect.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate contact info so we can reach you about your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content to operate the Service (including hosting it on your live site). You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

4. Pricing & Billing

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown at signup (currently a limited-time rate of $95 per month, marked down from $199 per month). Once billing is enabled, if a payment fails we give you a 24-hour grace period, after which your live site may be suspended until payment is completed.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, misleading, harassing, or that would jeopardize the delivery reputation of our email or hosting. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. On cancellation, your live site is taken offline. We keep a copy of your data for a reasonable window in case you reactivate.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
