This page explains what data The $95 Website ("Service", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email, phone number, business name, and password (stored hashed).
- Site content: business details, branding, photos, services, service areas, and about-page copy you enter in the dashboard.
- Accounting data: invoices and line items you create.
- Usage: which sections of the wizard you've visited, so we can help you finish setup.
How we use it
- To render your live website at your subdomain or domain.
- To let you log in and manage your data.
- To send account emails (welcome, site-live confirmation, password reset, and — if you started but didn't finish setup — a short reminder from us to help you across the line).
- To operate and improve the Service.
Who can see your data
Only you can read or edit your account data through the app. Content that appears on your live site (business name, phone, photos, services, etc.) is public by design once you launch — that's the whole point of the site. Internal fields (owner id, tax rate, notification timestamps, etc.) are never exposed publicly. The site owner can access account data to provide support and diagnose issues.
Where your data lives
We store data with our managed backend provider. Access is protected by row-level security policies so each account is isolated. Uploaded photos are compressed and converted to WebP in the browser before upload.
Your choices
- You can edit or remove any content in your dashboard at any time.
- You can request account deletion by contacting us — we'll remove your data within a reasonable window.
- You can reset your password at any time from the log-in page.
Cookies
We use a first-party session cookie/local-storage entry to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party ad or tracking cookies.
